Rochard Happy Birthday Heart Porcelain Limoges Box

A heart carrying a Happy Birthday greeting turns any birthday into a keepsake moment. Rochard made this heart shaped Limoges box and brushed it with color by hand in Limoges, France.

Many Happy Returns

Birthday cards end up in a drawer, but a porcelain heart can sit on a dresser for years as a reminder of the day. Rochard leaves the age off this one, so it suits a sixteenth or a ninetieth equally well. The greeting is lettered by hand, giving each heart its own slight differences.

Candles and Confetti

Hand it over at the party table, tuck it beside a bouquet, or mail it to a friend across the country. It makes a lovely present for a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother or best friend, and it works for a coworker's milestone too. Set it on a nightstand, a vanity or a curio cabinet, and add a matching heart for each birthday that follows to build a small row of celebrations.
